Lead Medical Rota Coordinator - On-Call Scheduling

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Senior Rota Co-ordinator to support the Obstetrics and Gynaecology medical rotas within the Women's Clinical Skills Unit (CSU). The role focuses on managing and developing medical rotas, on-call schedules and staff leave, working closely with clinicians.

The post requires experience in rota management, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to short-notice changes.
