LexisNexis is seeking a Lead Knowledge Lawyer to lead our UK Family law strategy, manage, support and develop an established high-performing team, and drive innovative legal content and AI-powered solutions used by legal professionals across the market.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead and develop a team of Knowledge Lawyers
• Shape the UK Family Practice Area strategy
• Create market-leading practical guidance
• Influence product innovation across Lexis+ and Lexis+ Protégé
• Help transform legal workflows through AI and legal technology

Qualified lawyer with substantial post-qualification experience in Family law in England and Wales

Strong technical expertise and practical legal experience

Proven leadership and people management experience with a track record of developing teams

Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and business development skills

Commercial awareness, including experience with budgeting and financial management

Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills

Experience working with legal technology, digital tools, AI, and analytics

Analytical, highly organised, and able to explain complex legal concepts clearly
