Lead Kitchen Manager - Fresh From-Scratch Dining

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a small team in preparing meals for around 60 boarding students. You will oversee menu planning, production, purchasing, and stock control while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

You will develop menus, ensure cleanliness and housekeeping, and implement new policies to drive operational efficiency. The role includes reporting to senior management and collaborating with House Master and Matron.
