About This Opportunity: We're looking for a Lead Integrator to help steer the delivery of key legal, regulatory and mandatory initiatives like the Pensions Dashboard, Advice and Guidance, and Inheritance Tax changes. The Lead Integrator plays a pivotal role in managing dependencies across platforms, executive functions and third parties, often coordinating complex and high risk implementations. It's a role that demands clarity, collaboration and a passion for delivering safe, effective change at pace. What you'll be doing: Establish and communicate critical integration points across Labs and Platforms to ensure alignment and transparency Collaborate with Lab Leadership to sequence integration tasks in line with the Lab backlog and delivery priorities Identify, catalogue and manage dependencies between the platform and external teams to enable smooth delivery Work with stakeholders outside the platform to ensure effective interlock and maintain delivery momentum Lead complex, high-risk implementations involving multiple internal and external parties to ensure safe and successful outcomes Provide integration expertise to support governance activities across programmes, including PRIA and shared infrastructure changes Why Lloyds Banking Group: Like the modern Britain we serve, we're evolving.
