Our client, an award-winning flexible working space, has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Host/ Lead Receptionist to join their team!

The role:

• Delivering a consistently excellent front-of-house experience
• Sign up new members, manage meeting rooms and stock levels
• Daily checks, ensuring the workspace is safe, functional, and welcoming
• Support workspace tours and viewings
• Support events and socials that bring the community together
• Training of new employees
• Support manager with reporting and administration

Key skills/experience:

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-of-house
• Previous team leader, supervisory experience
• Strong organisational and IT skills
• A proactive mindset
• Excellent time keeping and attention to detail
