Lead Highway Ganger - Road Maintenance & Safety

Kier Group is seeking a Ganger to join the Highways team in Wellingborough. You will lead a small crew to maintain the highway network, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to PUWER and Kier standards.

The role operates Monday to Friday on a full-time basis, with a salary in the £29k-£35k range and additional call-out and overtime opportunities. The role requires SMSTS/SSSTS or similar qualifications, NRSWA Operative status, and a full driving licence.
