Lead HGV Workshop Technician

Shaw Commercials Group in Castlebar is looking for a Workshop Foreman to oversee the service department. The focus is on leading a team in a fast-paced Renault Trucks workshop, ensuring efficiency and quality control in all tasks.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified HGV/Plant Mechanic with strong diagnostic and leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing workloads, maintaining standards, and supporting technician development. A full clean driving licence is required, and a truck license is desirable but not essential.
