Lead Gym Team & Member Experience (Assistant Manager)

PureGym Ltd. in Woking is seeking an Assistant Gym Manager for a 5-month secondment. You will work closely with the Gym Manager to deliver excellent member experiences, lead a team of fitness professionals, and support growth of membership.

The role combines leadership, operations and coaching, with a contracted 40-hour week and a salary of £27,522 per year. The position includes staff development, group exercise leadership, and access to PureGym training programs.
