Lead Guest Experience: Assistant GM (Italian)

GiGi in Manchester is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead from the floor alongside the General Manager, delivering warm, knowledgeable hospitality and a polished guest experience.

You will inspire and coach your team, drive commercial performance with careful cost control, oversee the dining room, bar and kitchen, recruit and develop talent, and ensure every service reflects the GiGi standard while supporting the General Manager to achieve business objectives.
