Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000 base salary, plus bonuses and performance-based incentives What You'll Be Doing

The Lead Generation Coordinator will support the continuing growth of new business and be proactive in developing and qualifying the Automotive Client database, following up on leads, creating targeted customer introductions and generating qualified new sales opportunities for the Automotive Client Fleet Management (FFM) field force.

During a Typical Day, You'll:

  • Maximize new business development opportunities by making outbound calls to decision makers, update the database, identify needs and gain agreement to meeting with FFM.
  • Achieve set activity targets for research, prospecting calls & appointments targets.
  • Build rapport with potential prospects while also qualifying their suitability for potential FFM products and services.
  • Qualify prospects and supply FFM with as much information as possible for New Business opportunities.
  • Provide relevant and knowledgeable information of FFM marketing campaigns to secure an appointment on behalf of the FFM.
  • Manage contacts effectively to optimize lead generation and sales opportunities through the lifecycle process.
  • Actively build good working relationships with fleet customers/ client personnel/ associated agencies/ dealer networks/ FFM.
  • Investigate ensuring contacts are not with currently managed customers.
  • Understand and keep up to date with the client's product portfolio.
  • Ensure that all written communications such as emails, letters and terms accurately reflect and record conversations.
  • Attend internal meetings and present ideas as relevant.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings with FFM to report appointment progress.
  • Proactively identify and help implement any improvements to process or procedures.
  • Attend all training sessions that you are nominated for.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Secondary School qualifications or similar: GCSE/ O Levels/ NVQ's Level 1&2.
  • Skills
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to source and convert leads.
  • Drive and enthusiasm to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Fantastic communication skills and professional manners.
  • Confident to cold call senior level decision makers, use a consultative approach to assess potential requirements.
  • Able to multi-task and manage the expectations of others both internal and externally.
