Description

As part of our Emergency Response Team, you'll be the first on the scene at customers' homes, making you the face of our brand for people worried about potential gas escapes or carbon monoxide alarms.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies, sometimes coordinating with emergency services, to protect lives and property.
• Handle installation, replacement, and maintenance of gas meters for residential and commercial customers.
• Conduct high-rise and gas safety regulation surveys.
• Install cooker safety valves.

Experience and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• CCN1 or CMA1 qualification required; MET1 beneficial but not essential.
• Experience in a gas environment, with knowledge of gas appliances, testing, purging, and pipework commissioning.
• Understanding of standards, legislation, codes of practice, and health and safety regulations.
• Full UK driving licence.
