Lead Front of House - Guest Experience Champion £39k-£42k

Bar Douro in London is seeking a capable Front of House Leader to supervise the service and deliver guest experiences aligned with our Portuguese-inspired concept. You will guide the FOH team through busy services, ensure warm hospitality and build relationships with regular guests and corporate clients.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the floor, strong communication, and a passion for excellent dining experiences. Competitive salary and a tron bonus scheme are offered.
