Lead Food Manager: Drive High-Impact Store Leadership

Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd is seeking a Lead Food Manager at our Preston store. You will head a small team of food managers to run the grocery shop floor and drive trading events in collaboration with the store leadership team.

You'll take accountability in the store's absence, model high standards, and coach for efficiency while ensuring safety and excellent shopping experience. You will manage a large team, ensure people matters are addressed fairly, and leverage data and KPIs to
