Lead Family Support Practitioner - Fixed-Term (23 months)

Wiltshire is seeking experienced practitioners for the Family Help Lead Practitioner role in Chippenham and surrounding areas. This fixed-term position, funded through the Families First grant, provides an opportunity to lead support for families with complex needs while collaborating with integrated locality teams.
