Lead F&B Manager - Multi-Outlet, 5 Resort

Fota Island Resort is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead our professional teams across the resort. This on-site role oversees daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including bar and banqueting, across a 5-star setting.

The successful candidate will have a passion for Food and Beverage, strong leadership, and extensive experience in managing multiple outlets with budgets, forecasting and labour cost control. If you think you have what it takes, we would like to hear from you.
