Covering sites in Longbridge (3 days a week), Cheltenham, and Manchester

Up to £43,000 per annum

Company van, fuel card, and tech provided

25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

No call-out

Overtime available at 1.5x and 2x

We are currently recruiting for a Lead Engineer to join a well-established facilities management contract, covering key client sites across the Midlands and North West.

This is a hands-on role with a great mix of engineering and supervisory responsibilities. You will be responsible for:

• Carrying out general PPMs and reactive maintenance
• Legionella monitoring and control
• Fire alarm and emergency lighting testing
• Supervising subcontractors and issuing permits to work
• Completing PPM reports and ensuring compliance

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking to take the next step in their career. You will have the chance to progress towards a Facilities or Contract Manager position, taking greater responsibility for site operations and client relationships over time.
