Lead Electronic Test Engineer

The successful Lead Electronic Test Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the efficient production of a range of mission critical electronic and mechanical devices; undertaking troubleshooting and resolving issues, maintaining detailed documentation - adhering to quality and safety standards.

The ideal Lead Electronic Test Engineer will bring:

• A formal Electronic Engineering qualification (HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent).
• Hands-on fault finding skills, SMT soldering skills and experience of working with a range of test equipment.
• Knowledge of electronic assembly techniques and a good understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Familiarity with EMC standards.
• Experience of leading a small team of technicians.
• Strong communication skills.
