Lead Early Years Team - Third in Charge

Bright Horizons Barrow is seeking a Third in Charge to lead and mentor a dedicated early years team at our Barrow nursery. You will champion child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding, while building strong partnerships with parents and professionals.

With a full Level 3+ Early Years qualification and proven leadership in an early years setting, you'll act as Designated Safeguarding Lead when required and help drive occupancy growth and quality outcomes across the nursery.
