Lead DevSecOps Engineer / Elite Engineering Team / London

This isn't a DevSecOps role where you simply maintain existing infrastructure. You'll own and shape the engineering platform behind an elite technical team building complex, mission-critical technology. A rapidly growing, well-funded deep-tech company is looking for an exceptional Lead DevSecOps Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of its internal developer platform and define how engineers build, secure and deploy software.

• Experience building internal developer platforms or sophisticated CI/CD ecosystems
• Deep expertise across Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure
• Strong Infrastructure as Code experience
• Experience with CI/CD, GitOps and automated deployments
• Strong competency in scripting or systems programming

• Nice to have: Experience working in highly secure environments.
