Job Description

We are searching for a Lead Developer to help drive the design and delivery of modern, scalable software solutions as part of a wider digital transformation. This role will support the reduction of legacy systems, guide a small internal team, and promote best practices across development.

Responsibilities

Design and build internal applications and services (architecture curiosity and input encouraged)
Lead migration of legacy apps to .NET Core
Define coding standards, Git practices, and CI/CD pipelines
Ensure code is modular, testable, and reusable
Mentor developers, lead code reviews, and foster technical growth
Recommend tools, frameworks, and stay aligned with .NET roadmap
Knowledge of modern development practices (CI/CD, Git, unit testing)
Experience migrating legacy applications
Comfortable mentoring and reviewing code
