Lead Deputy Manager, Children's Residential Care

CPL Healthcare is recruiting for a Deputy Manager in a new children's residential service for under-12s in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.

You will work closely with the Person in Charge to support daily management, uphold HIQA standards, and ensure a safe, child-centred environment. This role is ideal for an experienced social care professional with leadership, strong communication and organisational skills, and a focus on staff development within a growing service.
