Lead Deputy Manager, Children's Home - Growth & Impact

The Bleep 360 Group Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager for a Children's Residential Home in the UK. You will work an average of 37 hours per week, with a mix of day and night shifts and some sleep-ins, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for young people aged 7-17.

You will lead the team, oversee care plans, and promote safeguarding, education and wellbeing, while building trusting relationships and supporting young people to grow in confidence and independence.
