Lead Data Scientist, AI for Workday Platforms

Kainos is seeking a Lead Data Scientist for its Workday Products division in the UK. You will design and deliver advanced AI/ML solutions to enhance Workday offerings, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and innovation.

You will mentor the team, engage with customers, and provide strategic technical leadership across projects. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience (or PhD with 4-5 years) and strong Python, ML frameworks, and cloud/MLOps expertise.
