Lead Contracts Manager - Residential Groundworks Projects

Nicholas Associates Group in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple residential groundwork projects from pre-start to handover. The role requires strong leadership, excellent client liaison, and a proactive approach to delivery.

You will coordinate with site managers and subcontractors, manage budgets, schedules and health & safety standards, resolve on-site issues, maintain client relationships, and report progress to senior management while striving for
