Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.We are looking for a Senior Consolidation/IFRS Analyst to join our Global Team. You will support our teams worldwide and Group Accounting with consolidation and accounting questions.The role can be based in our UK or Madrid Offices.Your main tasks and responsibilities:Support the monthly preparation of consolidated financial statementsPreparation of internal management reportsAssist with the monthly Group Consolidation processEnsure quality and integrity of financial and accounting data via sanity checks and balance sheet reviewsSupport our legal entities and other stakeholders in accounting and consolidation questionsSupport further development of the Group Accounting Manual in accordance with IFRS, including training of colleagues worldwide and implementation of new requirements (IFRS / SIX).Support the preparation of the IFRS mid-year and annual consolidated financial statements, incl. responsibility for certain notes and commentsTo succeed in this role, you will need:University degree in finance with focus on accountingMin. 5 years of working experience in a similar function, with significant multi entities experience.Extensive experience in practical and theoretical consolidationVery good IFRS knowledge, incl. practical experienceTrack record CCH Tagetik or other reporting tool would be an assetHigh analytical and conceptual abilitiesFluency in EnglishExcellent communication skills, able to relate to a variety of stakeholders from Functions and the businessWhat we offer youChance to make a significant impact and drive the global strategyCollaborative and supportive work environment with a focus on innovation and excellence.Competitive salary package with attractive benefitsExciting opportunities for professional growth and advancement in a dynamic and evolving industry.Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
