We're seeking a Lead Composites Engineer to spearhead the development of their chemical recycling technology, a breakthrough in resin removal and fibre recovery.

• Develop new products using recovered fibres (carbon, aramid, UHMWPE, glass)
• Prototype parts and benchmark fibre performance
• Lead internal and external projects using structured delivery tools
• Contribute to grant proposals and technical scoping

• Strong knowledge of carbon fibre manufacturing or composites recycling
• Hands on experience with fibre samples and prototyping
• Project management skills (Gantt, critical path, Scrum)
• Bonus: CAD, LCA, or formal PM certification
