Lead Community & Outreach for Homeless Support

Change Grow Live is seeking a dedicated professional for a management role within their Community and Outreach team in the Barnet area. The successful candidate will operationally manage a team and work closely with local services to support vulnerable individuals, particularly those sleeping rough.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and includes operational management responsibilities, developing partnerships, and ensuring the service is effective and needs-led. Change Grow Live offers a supportive culture and a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave.
