This full-time, permanent position offers a unique opportunity to lead and develop a highly integrated model of care while enriching your leadership experience.
Responsibilities- Oversee the local management and delivery of universal, enhanced, and specialist services for care, education, and clinical provisions.
- Coordinate and provide evidence-based practice training, including trauma-informed and neurodiversity awareness training for all team members.
- Ensure that all documented needs, such as those in Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), are met effectively across the divisions.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals by facilitating ongoing developments and alignment with our Integrated Model of Care.
- Maintain compliance with statutory regulations, auditing and monitoring to meet and exceed standards.
- Act as a pivotal point for communication and collaboration, building constructive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in professional development and research, ensuring that personal and team practices remain at the forefront of the latest developments in clinical care.
- Allied health professional qualification or Psychotherapy/Clinical Psychology/Counselling Qualification
- Registration with appropriate regulatory body (eg HCPC)
