Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services in alignment with professional and hospital standards
• Promote responsible prescribing practices and optimize clinical outcomes
• Offer expertise and guidance to medical, nursing, and pharmacy staff
• Lead clinical audit projects and contribute to budget management
• Provide professional, managerial, and clinical leadership to pharmacy staff
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Attend relevant meetings and participate in rota schedules

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting
• Experience in palliative care and multidisciplinary communication
• Proficiency in policy development, report writing, and complex data analysis
• Strong clinical, dispensing, and checking abilities
• Familiarity with medication counseling and drug cost management
• Previous experience in managing and motivating staff effectively
