Position: Lead Clinical Pharmacist - Primary CareWe now require an exceptional Lead Clinical Pharmacist - Primary Care, to fulfill this key senior role responsible for the leadership and development of pharmacotherapy services within GP Practices in NHS Fife.
As an inspirational team leader, you will guide a highly engaged team to transform pharmacy service delivery in line with our core values of dignity and respect; care and compassion; openness, honesty, and responsibility; and quality and teamwork.
Reporting to NHS Fife's Head of Pharmacy - Population Health and Wellbeing, you will develop strong collaborative working relationships across the organization to support service transformation. This is vital for delivering future whole system health and care services to support people across Fife.
Location and ResponsibilitiesThis post, based at Lynebank Hospital in Dunfermline, offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmacist to provide strategic direction and operational leadership in planning, managing, and delivering pharmacy services. You will also have a clinical role within general practice, utilizing your clinical and prescribing skills to provide patient care.
