Lead Clinical Pharmacist - Primary & Community Care

A healthcare organization is seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Pharmacist to join their Primary, Community and Intermediate Care Medicines Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist pharmaceutical advice and support in primary care, aiding in patient safety and cost-effective prescribing. Qualifications include an MPharm or MSc Pharmacy Degree, GPhC registration, and experience in community pharmacy. A positive attitude toward change and good analytical skills are essential. Welsh language skills are desirable.
