Lead Chef: Weekday Catering Leader

Mitie Group plc in Buxton is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the catering team for staff, guests and visitors. You will oversee food preparation, hospitality services, compliance, stock management, and budget control.

This role requires a Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification, allergen awareness, strong leadership, and the ability to maintain high standards while delivering excellent service in a large operation. No weekends or Bank Holidays apply.
