Cosy Club Derby is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen with passion and hands-on leadership. You'll mentor the brigade, shape menus and uphold the Cosy standard across brunch, dinner and drinks.

The role is based in Derby and focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences. In return you could earn around £53,000 per year, including a base salary up to £45,000, tronc between £5,500 and £8,500, and a bonus up to £5,000, with overtime paid at standard rate.
