Lead Chef de Partie in High Volume Resort Kitchen

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is hiring a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen teams at Breydon Water in Great Yarmouth. You will work closely with Head and Sous Chefs to deliver well-presented dishes, manage your station, and uphold quality, speed, and consistency during service.

The role requires leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen, the ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to cover varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
