Lead Chef - Plant-Forward Kitchen Leader

Imago Venues, based at Burleigh Court, is seeking an experienced Lead Chef to head Fifty the Street kitchen, delivering high-quality dishes and guest satisfaction. You will lead and develop the kitchen team, support menu creation, and contribute to the restaurant's commercial success.

With a focus on sustainability and 50% plant-based menu, you will ensure HACCP compliance, health & safety, and strong operational partnerships, while maintaining exceptional standards across all service periods.
