Job Description
Yorkshire Building Society Group is seeking a Change Workforce Planning Lead to establish and lead the workforce planning capability for Change Delivery. You will forecast demand and supply, manage capability and cost, and provide insights to support strategic portfolio decisions.
You will translate complex workforce data into actionable insights, influencing senior stakeholders on prioritisation, investment and resource allocation.
