Lead Care Manager - Supported Living (24/7)

Vetro Recruitment is recruiting an Assistant Manager to oversee the Extra Care team at Miners Court in Pool, Cornwall. The role is full-time, fixed-term, offering a salary of £30,000-£34,000 per annum.

You will manage the 24-hour Care and Support service, deputise for managers, lead a care team, conduct assessments and care plans, oversee medication management, and ensure safeguarding and QA processes are followed.
