200 Degrees is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our busy coffee shops. You will own the shop, coach and develop your team, and deliver outstanding coffee and food with a focus on service excellence.

You'll drive performance, manage standards, and create a welcoming environment for customers. The role includes a performance-related bonus of up to £2,500 per year, training and development, career progression, and shop level perks.
