Reason for Hire: Part of a new target operating model and recent changes to the expenses team structure
The newly structured Expenses function now consists of three core areas:
- Production
- Change & Partnering
- Business Partnering - where this role sits
You'll be part of a 22-person team focused on driving the expense strategy and acting as a key link between finance and the business. This position involves challenging stakeholders, working closely with executive and strategy teams, and understanding how expenses tie into the broader insurance cycle - particularly relevant in the current hard market.
Ideal Profile- Strong background in expense management
- Experience within the insurance/Lloyd's market preferred
- Confident business partner, able to influence and challenge at senior levels
