Lead Bartender: Luxury Club & Seasonal Cocktails

Soho House Farmhouse in Oxford is seeking a Head Bartender to oversee day-to-day beverage service, train junior staff, and maintain high standards of presentation for members and guests. You will lead by example with classic and contemporary cocktails, manage stock and compliance, and help shape the club's elevated service culture.

As part of the Bar team, you will collaborate with the Bar Manager on seasonal drinks, mentor staff, and ensure licensing and safety compliance while delivering a
