Lead Barista & Team Coach for Coffee Excellence

GAIL's Bread in Milton Keynes is seeking a Head Barista to lead and develop a high-performing cafe team. You will coach staff, ensure consistent service, and uphold food and safety standards across our fresh food, bread and cakes offering.

You'll drive great coffee execution, foster a positive team culture, and act as a role model with organised, clear communication and a proactive mindset. This role rewards development and growth within the GAIL's family.
