Lead Asbestos Administrator/Manager - Chelmsford

Job Description

Our client, a well established asbestos company is currently undergoing rapid expansion and is now looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Lead Asbestos Administrator / Manager based in and around the Chelmsford area. The successful candidate would ideally hold the P402 and have experience in quality assessing reports, managing office staff and overseeing site staff schedules. Applications from Colchester, Basildon, Southend on sea, and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience

• Will ideally hold the P402
• Must have proven experience working in this role within the asbestos industry.
• Will have a strong technical/asbestos/management background.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office Package.
• The ability to multi task and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Quality assessing asbestos reports
• Oversee the company's administration team.
• Management of processes and procedures.
• Achieve KPI's and targets.
• Co ordinating and programming works and projects.
• Assist clients/customers with technical/non technical queries.
• Monitoring updates, reporting client's progress, job closures.
• Getting involved with purchase orders, compiling reports, collating statistics.
• Allocating jobs to Asbestos Surveyors and Analysts.
• Ensuring that administrative duties are undertaken and completed accurate
