Lead Apprenticeship Training & Employer Engagement

Rise Technical Recruitment is recruiting for an Apprenticeship Training Supervisor (Construction & Technologies) for an established Further Education college in Aylesbury. You will manage a caseload of construction and technology apprentices, acting as the main point of contact for learners and employers, and conduct regular progress reviews.

You will develop action plans, support recruitment and induction, and deliver tutorials while coordinating with curriculum teams and student services.
