Lead Advisory Manager - Corporate Finance & Dealmaking

Cowgills, part of the Sumer Group, is expanding its Corporate Finance team in Manchester. We're seeking a commercially driven Lead Advisory Manager to play a key role in deal-making, leading transactions from inception to completion and mentoring junior staff.

You will work with Partners and Directors, manage sell-side processes, engage private equity clients, prepare information memoranda, and contribute to valuation work and client pitches.
