Lead Activities Coordinator - Elder Care & Community

Carey Care is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator at Hill House Care Home to lead a varied, person-centred activities programme for residents. You will tailor activities to individual needs, manage a planner, and work to a set budget.

The role focuses on encouraging participation, maintaining residents' independence, and organising events inside and outside the home with community links. Previous care home activity experience is preferred.
