Job Description
Relais & Châteaux Ireland invites applications for a Breakfast & Afternoon Lounge Manager at Sheen Falls Lodge, a 5 luxury country house. You will lead breakfast and afternoon lounge service, oversee staff, guest relations and event support, and ensure HACCP compliance.
A strong background in luxury F&B and team development is essential. You will report to the Restaurant Manager, supervise breakfast, AM room service and lounge teams, and coordinate with senior management on guest satisfaction
