Lead, 24/7 Managed Cyber Defence as Senior SOC Manager

SwiftCruit is seeking a Senior Manager to lead day-to-day delivery of Managed Cyber Defence services. You will oversee Analysis and Engineering teams, ensuring 24/7 client-facing cyber defence capability, stability, and continuous improvement across detection, response, and automation.

You will drive use of AI and automation, manage complex incidents, and coordinate across Azure, Defender, Sentinel and XDR platforms to maintain high service levels and resilient client environments.
