Lead 18th-Century English Literature Professor

The Thomas Warton Professorship of English Literature at the University of Oxford is available from 1 October 2027. The appointee will lead and shape the study of English literature of the long eighteenth century, enhancing Oxford's global standing and interdisciplinary links across faculties and centres such as the Centre for Early Modern Studies and the Centre for Material Text and Textual Editing.
