Job Overview

The role of Lead - Compliance for Retail Assets involves providing regulatory guidance and compliance support to business verticals such as Retail Assets, Credit Cards, and Shared Services. The position ensures alignment with evolving regulatory frameworks and contributes to the development of compliant internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer strategic compliance advisory to business stakeholders within Retail Assets, Credit Cards, and Shared Services.

• Coordinate with internal teams to compile data and respond to ad-hoc regulatory requests.

• Review internal documents such as Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Manuals to ensure alignment with regulatory circulars and expectations.

• Collaborate with business units to ensure seamless data collection and communication during regulatory inspections.

• Support the closure of regulatory findings and requirements following RBI examinations.

• Assist the Regulatory Compliance team with the preparation of board-level notes and documentation.

• Provide timely and effective compliance support to ensure business decisions are in line with applicable regulations.

Educational Qualifications

• Undergraduate: Any recognized graduation degree

• Postgraduate: Any post graduate degree

Experience Required

10-18 years of relevant experience in compliance, preferably within the financial services or banking sector.
