JOB TITLE: Lawyer - Commercial Property

PQE REQUIRED: 2 - 6

LOCATION: Berkshire

Responsibilities

• Join a team advising on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing work, development projects and secured lending.
• Work spans multiple sectors such as office, industrial, retail, residential development and rural property, acting for a mix of owners, occupiers, investors and lenders.
• Experience across all areas is not required; the role can be shaped around the individual's background and strengths.
• Provide high-quality transactional work within a collaborative team environment; engage in training and development; build client relationships and contribute to profile-raising and business development.
• Aim to broaden experience and progress within a well-established real estate team.

Qualifications

• Around two to six years' post-qualification experience (PQE), with flexibility for candidates outside this range.
